Customer Experience Advisory Committee

GO Transit listens to its customers. How do we know this? Because we have an Advisory Committee who tell us what they think. The Customer Experience Advisory Committee (CEAC) is one of GO’s most important resources because it’s a direct link to our customers, their expectations, and opinions of GO, along with what they want to see from us in the future.

How Does It Work?

CEAC is made up of 10 volunteer GO customers who meet 4 times a year to provide feedback on current or upcoming customer service programs and initiatives. These 10 volunteers advise us on service, needs, issues and things that may affect fellow customers.

What Has This Committee Actually Helped to Accomplish?

In the past year alone CEAC has contributed key customer feedback on:

  • Pre-testing of the GO Transit website
  • The GO Wi-Fi program
  • Quality of stations review
  • Customer needs for special events and during construction

Along with specific feedback about daily customer experiences and needs.

How Can I Volunteer For CEAC?
