While we expand service to accommodate the growing number of GO passengers, we’re evolving how we serve customers at our stations to provide the best and easiest experience possible.

Starting this summer, station service counters are being repurposed into information hubs with tips to help you plan your trip.

The work at unstaffed stations has already begun.

If your station is staffed, the Station Ambassadors will be roaming the station available to help you as usual.

There are so many easy ways to pay your fare.

  • Instantly load your PRESTO card using the PRESTO app or load your card online.
  • Use PRESTO Contactless by tapping your credit card, including that card on a phone or watch.
  • Buy an e-ticket, Weekday Group Pass or Weekend Pass at tickets.gotransit.com
  • Need a PRESTO card? You can buy a card in stations or at many Shoppers Drug Mart locations. See the full list of locations here.

Staff will have handheld devices, to perform all the duties and functions that they were previously only able to perform at the service counter.

Please follow all safety instructions and signage during construction of the new information hubs.

We expect the information hubs to be installed at all stations by Summer 2025.
