On Saturday, Nov. 9 and Sunday, Nov. 10, GO train service on the Stouffville Line will be adjusted.
Friday, Nov. 8
Late-night train service will be adjusted and replaced by GO buses:
- The train scheduled to depart Union at 10:12 p.m. will make additional stops at Stouffville and Old Elm GO stations, arriving at 11:18 p.m. and 11:24 p.m.
- The last train, scheduled to depart Union Station at 12:12 a.m., will not run.
- GO bus route 71C will replace the train and run from Union Station Bus Terminal, express to Unionville, and make stops at Centennial, Markham, Mount Joy, Stouffville, and Old Elm GO stations.
Saturday, Nov. 9 and Sunday, Nov. 10
There will be no Stouffville line trains in or out of Union Station. Trains will begin and end at Kennedy GO.
Route 71, Northbound
- On Saturday, Nov. 9, customers connecting to the 1:32 a.m. bus at Old Elm GO will have a 7 to 12 minute connection time (1 minute less or 4 minutes more than usual).
If you are travelling to Union Station from Kennedy GO:
- Take TTC Line 2 at Kennedy station to transfer to TTC Line 1, via Yonge/Bloor station, to continue to Union Station.
If you are travelling to Kennedy GO from Union Station:
- Take TTC Line 1 at Bloor/Yonge station to transfer to TTC Line 2 via Kennedy station.
Regular service resumes on Monday, Nov. 11.

What type of construction work is happening?
Starting late-evening Friday, Nov. 8, and throughout the weekend on Saturday, Nov. 9, and Sunday, Nov. 10, construction work is happening on the east section of the Union Station Rail Corridor (USRC) for the Ontario Line’s East Harbour station, Birchmount Bridge repairs, and track work to widen the corridor.
