Starting late-evening Friday, Nov. 8, and throughout Saturday, Nov. 9 and Sunday, Nov. 10, GO train service on Lakeshore East will be adjusted.

On Saturday, Nov. 9 and Sunday, Nov. 10, Lakeshore East trains will be replaced by GO bus service between Union Station Bus Terminal and Pickering GO. Trains between Pickering GO and Durham College Oshawa GO will operate every 30 minutes.

There will be no GO Transit service at Danforth, Scarborough, Eglinton, Guildwood and Rouge Hill GO stations throughout the weekend. TTC options will be available.

Travel alternatives to Union Station for Danforth, Scarborough, Eglinton, Guildwood and Rouge Hill GO:

  • Rouge Hill GO customers: Connect to TTC bus route 54 Lawrence East for direct connection to TTC Line 1 to Union.
  • Guildwood and Eglinton GO customers: Connect to TTC bus route 86 Scarborough West for direct connection to TTC Line 2 then Line 1 to Union.
  • Scarborough GO customers: Connect to TTC bus route 9 Bellamy South for direct connection to TTC Line 2 then Line 1 to Union.
  • Danforth GO customers: Connect to TTC Line 2 at Main Station to connect to Line 1 at Union.

GO buses may depart at different times than normally scheduled train service and bus connections may be affected.

On Friday, Nov. 8, some late-evening trains will be replaced by GO bus.

If you’re travelling eastbound from Union Station:

  • The 11:50 p.m. 12: 20 a.m. and 12:53 a.m. trains will be replaced by GO bus Route 90B.
    • Bus route 90B will operate from Union Station Bus Terminal to Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Durham College Oshawa GO stations.

If you’re travelling westbound from Durham College Oshawa GO:

  • The 11:10 p.m. and 11:39 p.m. trains will be replaced by GO bus Route 90B.
    • Bus route 90B will operate from Durham College Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax and Pickering GO stations to USBT.

Regular service resumes on Monday, Nov. 11.

Starting late-evening Friday, Nov. 8, and throughout the weekend on Saturday, Nov. 9, and Sunday, Nov. 10, construction work is happening on the east section of the Union Station Rail Corridor (USRC) for the Ontario Line’s East Harbour station, Birchmount Bridge repairs, and track work to widen the corridor.
