Confederation GO station is part of the Niagara GO Expansion Project
Confederation station is on track for completion in 2025 and will serve as the gateway to increased service to Niagara in the future. In combination with the ongoing pocket track installation near West Harbour GO, tracks will connect to the main Lakeshore West Line on the east side of the station eliminating the need for GO trains to reverse into the station. This will cut 20-minutes of travel time on trips to and from Niagara and facilitate rail service to Confederation GO station and beyond.
