Highway 10 and Highway 407 ETR New Park & Ride
 

GO Transit is inviting Tenders for Highway 10 and Highway 407 ETR New Park & Ride.
 

A Mandatory Site Meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at the Southeast Quadrant of the Hwy 10(Huriontario)/Highway 407 ETR. (East of Topflight Drive and North on Edwards Boulevard) Brampton, Ontario.

 Failure of a Contractor to be present and registered from the time the meeting is called to order until the meeting is adjourned will result in disqualification from bidding.

Contractors are required to wear hard hats and safety boots/shoes at the Mandatory Site Meeting.  Failure of a Contractor to satisfy all of these safety requirements will result in disqualification from bidding
 

Tender documents are available weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. from GO Transit’s Procurement and Contract Services Office at the address below upon payment of a $100 non-refundable document charge by cash (exact change only) or company cheque (personal cheques not accepted), payable to the “Greater Toronto Transit Authority”.  Tender documents are provided only in hard copy format.  No electronic versions are available.  Call (416) 869-3600, ext.5357 or e-mail frank.colella@gotransit.com for inquiries.
 

Each Tender must be accompanied by a bid deposit of $100,000 in the form of a bid bond or certified cheque payable to the “Greater Toronto Transit Authority”.
 

Sealed Tenders will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 08, 2008 at the same Procurement and Contract Services Office, and will be publicly opened immediately upon Closing.
 

GO Transit reserves the right to reject any or all Tender at its sole discretion.
