GO Transit platforms 26 and 27 are open
![]() |
GO Transit has opened train platforms 26 and 27 at Union Station, located at the south end of the station. Starting Monday May 11, only these afternoon rush hour trains will be affected:
We’ve created a map to help you find your way to these new platforms. As a courtesy, Milton and Barrie line customers will have access to their train platforms earlier during weekday afternoon rush hours. (Times of pre-boarding will differ depending on previous trains using the track).
Please allow plenty of time to board your train. Check the electronic departure boards located throughout Union Station for real-time information, follow the signs, and listen to announcements. These new platforms are just one of several exciting projects that will revitalize key areas of Union Station and help us move you even better. |

GO pilots new electronic gate signs at Union Station
New electronic gate signs have been installed in waiting areas and entrances to new train platforms 26 and 27 at the south end of Union Station. These signs tell customers when they can safely proceed to track level, and display more trip specific information. This technology is just another way GO is helping improve the way you travel. Look out for these signs starting May 11.

Each day tens of thousands of customers take the time to park legally and responsibly. By practicing safe and courteous parking you help ensure that emergency access routes are clear, your fellow commuters are not blocked in, and accessible parking spaces are available for those who need them. Please park only in designated spots or your car may be towed. We understand that finding a spot can sometimes be a challenge and we’re working to expand parking. Try getting to your station by riding local transit, walking, cycling, getting a ride, or carpooling.
To find out more about improving your overall parking experience, visit our
Safe and Courteous Parking page.
